These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the “Becoming TreeWise” course and any associated content, services, and communications (collectively, the “Offerings”) offered by Becoming TreeWise (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, registering for, or accessing the bookings page, courses, content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By purchasing a course, you agree to the following:

Payments: All purchases are final. If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to completing all installments on time.
Refunds: Refunds are available up to 14 days before the course start date only. No refunds will be granted after that time for any reason.
Use of Content: All course materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.
Mental Health Disclaimer: This course is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a replacement for therapy, medical, or psychological care. By enrolling, you take full responsibility for your wellbeing and waive any claims against the course facilitator for emotional or mental health outcomes.
Privacy: Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By purchasing a course, whether with a single payment or a payment plan, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, including the refund policy, payment terms, and the mental health disclaimer.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in these Offerings. By signing up, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Payments & Pricing

Payment is required at the time of registration, either as a one-time payment or via an available payment plan. Payment plans are binding agreements and must be completed in full.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the Course start date /Session date.

After that time — within 14 days of the Course start date/session date or after it has begun — no refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including for partial participation, missed sessions, or change of mind.

4. Course Access & Delivery

For online courses, teachings & materials are delivered online through a combination of videos, written content, and live or recorded sessions. You will receive access instructions via email following your registration. For in-person courses, teachings, materials & resources are delivered in person.

Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing course content or login access with others is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to adjust the format, schedule, or delivery platform as needed.

5. Scheduling & Appointments

The coaching sessions or 1:1 calls, these will be scheduled using Calendly or a similar tool.

You may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

The online & in-person courses - these will be scheduled by Becoming TreeWise and you will be informed by email in advance when and where these will take place

6. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including text, video, audio, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of Becoming TreeWise and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, share, sell, or distribute any part of the Course without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Courses & Coaching Sessions are is intended for personal enrichment and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. If you are experiencing significant mental health issues, we strongly encourage you to seek professional support from a qualified provider.

We do not offer medical advice, nor do we diagnose, treat, or guarantee any kind of therapeutic outcome. Participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for how you use the material.

Becoming TreeWise is not liable for any emotional distress, psychological impact, or mental health outcomes that may arise through or after your participation in the Course.

By continuing, you release Becoming TreeWise from all claims related to the use or misuse of this Course.

8. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

This includes your name, email, and payment information as needed to provide the Course.

We use trusted third-party services such as:

Stripe (payment processing)
MailerLite (email delivery)
Calendly (appointment scheduling)

These services have their own privacy policies and data protections in place.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law principles.
