Creating Intentional containers for deeper enquiry and exploration ..

Creating containers for sacred space is an essential ingredient of my work. This is true for all the spaces I hold, whether it’s a 1:1 coaching session, a group circle or workshop, a personal enquiry for myself or even when writing marketing.
What do I mean by sacred space?
It’s an intentional space defined to enable a very deliberate step-away from the day-to-day, away from responsibilities and expectations on us. A chance to step over the threshold from ordinary reality into a space just for us.
This enables an opening-up of limitless possibility for exploration and enquiry. It’s also an attempt to make people feel safer - safe enough to let the masks drop a little and sink into their wild and fully authentic selves.
I set up intentional space with simple ritual. I light a candle and call in the directions - east, south, west, north, and the elements - fire, water, air and earth, to form a circle around me. I speak the intention for the space and ask for support for the endeavours of that intention.
Today, my intentional space was set up to allow words to flow easily as I write social media posts and website content. Outside of intentional space, writing is often awkward, clunky and takes an age. Inside intentional space it flows out with ease and less need for perfection. After just 2 hours this morning I have the next three weeks social media sorted and much content for the website complete.
Now, I just have to remember this medicine, and write all future marketing this way!

I read this text and it really makes you think about the importance of "sacred space" in our lives. I like how the author emphasizes the need to consciously set aside time for yourself to take a break from everyday responsibilities and external expectations. It reminds us that even small mindfulness practices can significantly improve our well-being and inner balance. After reading it, I want to devote more time to myself and understand how to work with my body and mind at the same…
What you describe as creating a "sacred space" is indeed of great importance — it is an opportunity to consciously step outside of everyday life, to give yourself space for inner work, reflection, and deep contact with your own needs. This approach is necessary not only in the realm of spiritual or psychological development, but also in caring for your body. We often forget that physical health is just as important a part of our "sacred space." If the body experiences pain or limitations, it prevents us from fully immersing ourselves in inner practices. That is why I recommend paying attention to modern methods of regeneration and recovery that can help the body feel balanced. For example, here is an…
I was relaxing at home and wanted a bit of entertainment, so I checked online for casino sites. I found goldenbet and it gave me free spin packs, welcome deals and weekly bonuses that keep the casino fun. In UK it loads quickly without issue. The design is colorful, friendly and clear, games start immediately. I liked how easy it is to register, the offers add more excitement, and it made my evening more enjoyable while giving me something interesting to do indoors.
